历史沿革[edit]
社区于2002年成立。名称来自圩市：清乾隆十五年（1750年）建圩，当时附近已有官圩、马圩和高良圩，这一处便称新圩。[1]
地理环境[edit]
社区东连县城，西接山咀村，南到新圩村，北至格木村，距县城区约1公里，与县城龙母大街相接，占地约5平方千米。[1]
