历史沿革[edit]
村名取自两个旧村：成立生产大队时，各用了罗拱村与爱敬村名字中的一个字。[1]后来的建制依次是：1964年设罗爱大队，1983年11月改乡，1987年称村委会，1989年4月称管理区，1998年成立村民委员会。[1]
地理环境[edit]
据博雅地名网，全村面积约8.26平方公里，离镇政府约8公里，总人口1002人（该页未注明年份）；甘洒上屈至坳仔上洞的公路经过村内。[1]

村里的山坡、河边和坑边种植厘竹、青蒿竹、麻竹，是甘洒镇的竹子生产专业林，该页记年产竹子834吨。[1]
