大同村属广东省茂名市茂南区羊角镇，是该镇的行政村之一，位于镇域北部。[1]据博雅地名网所载村情，辖34个村民小组，在册1826户、9760人，总面积3平方千米，耕地1782亩（数据未注明年份）。[1]

历史沿革[edit]
大同一带在1958年编为生产大队，1983年改称乡，1987年称村民委员会，1989年一度改称管理区，1999年重新定为村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]
经济[edit]
近年村里的经济以北运菜为主，同时发展优质荔枝和龙眼，并着力壮大集体经济；荔枝与花生是特色收入。[1]
