六联村位于江门市新会区罗坑镇西南，东近亨头村，南邻芦冲村，西临潭江，北靠牛湾圩镇，下辖7个村民小组^[1]。村名意为龙行里、敦仁里、群玉里、群庆里、金德里、榜丰六个里坊联合^[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

六个里坊中，前五个是黄姓村庄，榜丰是区姓村庄。黄姓一支的来历是：黄居政的长子源深携米氏夫人，南宋时从南雄珠玑巷迁到新会城，源深的孙子平田来这里开族^[1]。

民国时期归「第六区牛湾六堡乡（又称云峰乡）」，1951年划入牛湾乡。1956年六个社合并，定名六联，次年起并入牛湾管理区；1959年，石坑（石溪）村析出红星大队，六联自成一个大队^[1]。石坑即后来的桂林村。

村辖地面积3平方千米，耕地700亩，其中稻田300亩，鱼塘380亩^[1]。

当地以种养业为主，二十多个规模养鸡场养着三黄鸡、圈养鸡和山鸡，另有10户做五金冲床加工。村委会的主要收入来自铺位出租^[1]。

2021年12月，六联村获评2021年广东省卫生村^[1]。
