历史沿革[edit]
村子创建于明万历十五年（1587年），先祖为福建莆田一支，先迁潮阳沟头乡，再分居此地。明、清至民国初期属洋乌都，1921年划入潮阳县第九区。1950年隶八乡之第一乡；1986年设村委会，其前的1983年归神仙里乡，1981年大队改名长春，1958年原名白坟大队，1992年叫管理区，1999年复称村委会[1]。
地理环境与人口[edit]
东邻东浮山村，西隔溪与神仙里新乡相望，南倚大南山，北有深神公路。面积3.5平方千米，耕地850亩，山地林地2450亩，约3500人，分两个自然村、三个村民小组[2]。
文化教育[edit]
长春学校教学楼于1981年由侨胞和各界人士捐资建成，2003年旅港侨胞林少东捐80万元建礼堂；自来水管道由政府资助和侨胞等捐资200万元铺设[2]。
