历史沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网，下店创村于明永乐年间，即1403年至1424年间，明清至民国初年属潮阳县黄陇都，1921年属潮阳县第九区。[1]村级建制的演变，自近及远是：1999年恢复村委会，1986年改村委会，1983年称下店乡，1958年公社化时称下店大队，1950年属高华第一乡。[1]
经济[edit]
村内种有水稻120亩、蔬菜基地600亩，工业有针织、服装、文胸等，有驰名商标企业1家。[1]2022年10月，下店村入选2022年淘宝村名单。[1]
