罗陂村是马头镇辖下的行政村，在新丰县东北部[1]。据博雅地名网所载沿革，1953年设乡，1958年改称大队，1984年改设乡政府，1990年成为管理区，1998年起为村民委员会，沿用至今[1]。2020年5月，罗陂村被命名为「韶关市2020年市级“民主法治村（社区）”」[1]。
