历史沿革[edit]
明代开村时，因村前有塘、后山有罗山（岗），名罗塘。后来分南北两约，地小人少的北约叫细罗塘或小罗塘，1959年起称小罗。[1]村委会1987年设立，隶属沙头镇；此后随区划调整，1992年归市桥镇，1993年归市桥街道，2001年归沙头街道。[1]
经济[edit]
村集体收入以土地、商铺、仓库出租为主，珠宝首饰加工企业是村里的支柱产业。[1]2021年和2022年，小罗村列入淘宝村名单。[1]
