历史沿革[edit]

1949年11月归新兴县三区凤沙乡，叫凤翔里村；1955年改归上沙区凤凰乡，改名凤凰村；1958年11月归红旗公社，设凤凰大队；1969年归城关公社，仍设凤凰大队；1984年归环城区凤凰乡；1987年11月为环城乡凤凰村；1989年6月设环城镇凤凰管理区；1994年6月改归新城镇；1998年12月管理区改称凤凰村民委员会。[2]
