坑仔村是广东省揭阳市惠来县岐石镇的行政村，位于镇区东面。村名取自村外三面环山的低洼地。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明弘治年间（1489～1505年），郑、蔡、林等姓从潮阳及莆田等地迁入，聚居成村。[2]

1927年至1928年间，村庄多次遭国民党军围剿，村舍被烧毁，村民逃散。1930年起村民渐次回返，一段时间内村名作“凤湖”，缘于村北的凤地山；1949年才恢复“坑仔”之名。[2]

1952年，八个自然村合为坑湖乡。此后村的建制几经变化，先后为大队、乡政府与管理区，1999年定为村委会。[2]
