历史沿革[edit]
道光年间划归拆石铺管辖。1957年办有青风农业合作社；1958年建水寨生产大队，隶春水公社；1983年设水寨乡，1987年建村委会，1989年一度叫管理区，1998年起定名水寨村民委员会。[2]
经济[edit]
村民利用临近圩镇的条件，种沙糖桔、龙须菜和番薯，并发展腐竹加工，为圩镇一万多人提供农副产品。[1] 2020年8月，水寨村入选首批广东省「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村（番薯）；2026年3月，被认定为广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇。[1]
