塘角村位于常平镇西面，毗邻镇中心区。村中的三座宗祠被列为市、镇重点文物保护带。[1]

三祠[edit]

村内的周氏宗祠为清朝时塘角村始祖德荣公的后裔所建；民国年间又建成日发公祠与仲达公祠，三座祠堂合称「三祠」。[1]

三祠的外观保存较为完整，在东莞较为少见，因而列为市、镇重点文物保护带，称作「祠堂带」。[1]

腊味[edit]

村内的「聚益腊味」自1938年（民国二十七年）起生产售卖，「暖记腊味」也有数十年的历史。[1]
