岭背镇是广东省清远市阳山县下辖的镇，位于县境北部，距县城约25千米。东邻江英镇，南接阳城镇和青莲镇，西连小江镇，北与黄坌镇、秤架瑶族乡交界。全镇辖12个行政村，2019年末户籍人口43841人。年鉴列出的名优特产有沙田柚、板栗、砂糖橘和葡萄，其中沙田柚是镇里重点发展的产业。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

明清两代，此地属常岁乡。1914年设岭背区，1928年前后改称岭背乡，隶属第二区。1958年，阳山并入连阳各族自治县，岭背于同年成立人民公社；1960年阳山复县后，公社名称未变。1983年撤社改区，1987年1月改设镇。[1][2][3]

镇域内各村的建制演变大体相同：1940年前后设保，此后经乡政府、生产大队、管理区等几次更迭，1999年起统一称村委会。其间有几个村曾被撤并，例如2005年4月，龙塘、水牯陂、潮水、大山、寨坳、公塘、六洞等村委会先后撤销，并入相邻村委会。[5]

地理环境[edit]

岭背镇属石灰岩地区，地貌以山地为主，夹有少量丘陵，地势东北高、西面低。气候属亚热带季风性气候，年平均气温约20℃。国道323线过境，交通便利。[1]

镇域内的燕子岩，每年春天有成群的燕子聚集，数量上万，颇为壮观。岭背河流经镇域，向南至青莲镇境后汇入连江。[2]

人口民族[edit]

2019年末，全镇有户籍户数9398户，户籍人口43841人，其中非农业人口975人。[1][3]

经济[edit]

2019年全镇工农业总产值69781.67万元，比上年增长12.33%，其中工业产值15386.96万元，农业产值54394.71万元。同年农民人均纯收入17509元。[1]

年鉴列出的主要工业企业有七座电站、一家建材厂和一处采石场。矿产有铁、铜和重钙石。[1]

沙田柚是镇里的重点产业。2019年前后，全镇沙田柚种植面积约3.33平方千米，当年计划连续三年每年投入20万元，鼓励农户和种植大户扩种，并引进了一家柚子深加工企业。2022年，省里把岭背镇列入「2022年广东省一村一品、一镇一业专业镇」，产业为沙田柚。[2]

2024年12月，镇里与驻镇帮镇扶村工作队合作，向59户脱贫户、原防返贫监测对象和困难群众免费发放鸡苗1790羽，作为短平快的产业帮扶项目。[8]

2025年2月，镇党委、政府召开全镇高质量发展大会，提出做优做强「2+N」农业产业发展集群，并以「百千万工程」为抓手推进镇域发展，目标是「三年见成效」。[6]

乡村建设[edit]

广东省启动乡村绿化三年行动后，镇党委成立以党委书记为组长的领导小组，制定实施方案，各村党支部组织党员成立绿化先锋队。截至2025年3月，镇村两级已发动乡贤和群众逾2500人次参加乡村绿化和村庄清洁行动。[7]

文化[edit]

岭背有传统的舞火龙活动，每年大年初二举行。2019年，镇里先后举办了第三届柚花节、板栗文化旅游节、河钓大赛和第四届柚子节，同年还通过了省级教育强镇复评。[1]

2025年11月，岭背镇举办第五届柚子节暨非遗文化美食节，司法所在节庆现场开展普法宣传。[4]

镇里获得的荣誉有：「2023年广东省卫生乡镇」（2024年3月命名）、「2023年广东省森林城镇」（2023年10月评定）、「第七届全国文明村镇」（2025年3月命名）。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

年鉴记，镇里推介了马落桥温泉的招商项目，并把广东峡天下风景区的建设列为推进重点，认为它能进一步提升岭背乡村旅游的影响力。[1]
