新联村是广东省清远市佛冈县水头镇下辖的行政村，位于镇域中部，办事处设在水头墟。2005年，丰联村与丰二村合并，成为新联村。[1]

村情[edit]

村委会人口3415人，耕地1297亩，辖17个村民小组。耕地平坦，水源充足，过去是粮食生产区，经结构调整后大量种植经济作物和沙糖桔等优质水果。[1]

乡村运营与康养[edit]

凤山村原本是一个没有收入、没有名气、没有产业的小村。2021年省驻镇帮镇扶村工作队进驻水头后，村里引入佛冈本土的运营团队，以“二权分置”明确主体责任，打包运营提升资产价值，盘活闲置农房与撂荒地。[2]

荇竹里综合娱乐片区以竹林民宿为主，设客房15间，驿站同时展销佛冈特色农产品。截至2024年6月，魔芋产学研创新中心（由丰二小学改建）已投入运营。[2]

荣誉[edit]

  • 2024年4月，新联村入选广东省第一批「乡村振兴示范村」创建名单。[1]
  • 2024年11月，新联村被确定为「2024年广东省“美丽庭院”特色村」。[1]
  • 2025年3月，新联村被命名为「第七届全国文明村镇」。[1]
