历史沿革[edit]

1949年设乡，1958年成为大队，1983年转为乡政府，1986年设立村委会，1989年改称管理区。1999年3月7日，经阳春市政府批准，石下村委会得以设立，并延续至今。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

罂煲河村旁的小山边有一处清代陶窑遗址。1983年，县文物普查队发现该遗址，判断为龙窑，所烧的器物以砂煲为主。[2]
