石下村是广东省梅州市梅县区城东镇下辖的行政村，位于镇府南4.5公里，设17个村民小组，在册568户、2399人。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
清代隶东厢堡，民国三十年（1941年）入东厢乡；1949年归城北区，1956年划给城东乡，1958年编入梅城公社，翌年改隶竹洋公社，1963年转入城东公社，1983年起隶城东区。1987年易名管理区，1999年成为村民委员会。[3]

村名因其位于石子岭下而来。[2]

据村情介绍，石下村设17个村民小组，在册568户、2399人，全村面积3.65平方千米，耕地1217亩；主要种植水稻、水果等，特色经济收入870万元，上一年农村经济总收入4248万元。[1]
