新江村是公白镇的一个行政村。村子原称郑江，后因郑姓族人外迁、彭姓族人迁入另建村落，改名新江[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

1956年2月创办高级社，取名新江高级社；1958年扩为人民公社；1967年由革命委员会接掌大队；1987年4月改称管理区，1999年3月正式设立村民委员会[1]。
