黄竹塘村在紫金县龙窝镇，1988年由公柘大队分出。[1] 2024年3月，被命名为2023年广东省卫生村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

传说明代有人入山，见满山金黄色的篱竹，村子又四面环山、水口紧闭，像一口鱼塘，因此得名。1958年属公柘大队，1988年分出，成立黄竹塘管理区，1999年成立村委会。[1]
