光明社区是河源市源城区源西街道的社区，办公地址在光明路南四巷南72号，因管辖光明路一带得名。社区2011年3月24日成立，新办公楼于2017年11月建成。[1][2]

社区东到新江三路，南至新丰江电厂，西越粤赣高速公路到葡芦凹、大坑，北抵城北高速出口，范围涉及庄田村、黄子洞村的建成区，面积约2.5平方千米，分10个网格小组。[2]常住3345多户、16698人。[2]办公楼面积270平方米，设党群服务中心、综合文化服务中心、图书室、心理辅导室等，向公众免费开放。[2]

2025年3月，社区获评「2025年度河源市绿色社区」。[1]
