冰塘村在五华县双华镇东部，辖10个村民小组，总面积6.5平方公里，耕地745亩。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村里山塘多，「冰」字又有冰清玉洁之意，因此得名。[1]1956年实行乡制，1958年并乡后属龙军乡；1963年归双华人民公社，1984年撤社设镇，1999年成立冰塘村民委员会。[1]

人口经济[edit]

在册191户、1320人，上一年农村经济总收入409万元。[1]2019年12月入选第一批国家森林乡村；五华县于2023年2月授予其2022年度文明村镇称号；2026年1月又入选广东省「百千万工程」典型村（第二批）。[1]
