冰塘村是惠州市惠城区河南岸街道下辖的行政村，位于街道中部，辖区面积2平方公里，距惠州市区4公里[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
村原名“兵塘”。20世纪30年代日军侵华，占去村里一大片土地作练兵场，称“兵场”。解放初村里恢复耕作，认为“兵”字不吉，改用同音的“冰”字，成了冰塘[1]。
地理环境[edit]
村东面是金山大道和湖山村，南面同冷水坑村相接，西面毗邻金山龙庭和五星国墅园，北面是马庄村的金山湖村民小组[1]。
人口民族[edit]
全村分冰塘、小塘2个村民小组。2010年，村里户籍人口3088人（856户）[1]。
经济[edit]
2010年，村委会集体经济总收入为60万元，农民人均纯收入4500元[1]。冰塘村2020年至2022年连续三年入选淘宝村名单；2019年9月，名列2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位[1]。
