1949年设荣贵乡，1958年改为荣贵大队，1983年称荣贵乡政府，1989年成为荣贵管理区，1999年起称荣贵村委会。[1]

近年的荣誉：2023年2月，获评2022年度五华县文明村镇；2026年3月，被认定为广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇。[1]
