历史沿革[edit]
村在两座山之间，故名双山。[1]
1949年设双山乡，1958年改为双山大队，1983年称双山乡政府，1989年成为双山管理区，1999年起称双山村委会。[1]
近年的荣誉：2019年9月，列为广东省2018年度「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位；2023年2月，获评2022年度五华县文明村镇。[1]
