历史沿革[edit]

原属石圳村，1973年3月才从石圳大队分出，成立芹彩洋大队，隶枫朗公社；1986年12月起称芹彩洋村，1998年设村民委员会。2019年9月，列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位。[1]
