枫朗村是枫朗镇人民政府所在的行政村，居镇域中心，博雅地名网归为「镇中心区」。全村分21个村民小组，在册761户、2206人，经济作物以烤烟为主。[1]

村名来自传说：古时枫朗岭上有一株大枫树，阳光下枝叶闪亮，因此叫枫朗。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明、清时的写法分别是清远都黄沙社枫朗村、兰沙甲枫朗村；民国属石云区枫朗乡。建国后名称几经变动，1958年10月成枫朗公社的生产大队；1986年2月起是枫朗镇辖下的管理区，1998年改设村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

村内的炽昌堂，年代记为元代，是第九批大埔县文物保护单位，保护范围自外墙起，东2.7米、西2.6米、南7米、北1.6米。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，枫朗村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
