稔山社区是惠东县稔山镇政府所在的圩镇社区。稔山圩始建于清康熙十二年（1673年），因圩东山岗上稔树丛生而得名。[1]

据博雅地名网，社区辖区面积4.3968平方公里，有2298户、12110人，驻有单位30个，2009年被评为惠州市体育先进社区。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1870年属和平约堡，由平政司巡检管理；1931年属惠阳县稔山第十二区，称稔山镇；1957年12月并入稔山乡；1963年称稔山公社，同年2月改称稔山大队；1983年改称稔山居委；1989年称稔山管理区，1999年改为稔山居委会，2002年起称稔山社区居民委员会。[2]
