老坑村是惠东县稔山镇下辖的行政村。先祖迁来定居，建起一座祖堂，祖堂旁有坑壕，村名由此而来。[1]
沿革与荣誉[edit]
1959年设老坑大队；1983年11月同水文、五配、竹园、竹背、石头岭几个大队合成五配乡；1991年3月另立老坑管理区。[1]2019年9月，名列广东省2018年度「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位。[1]
