青云社区在惠东县平山街道，原是青龙潭一带的小村，1953年与黄排合并后得名青云。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

同治九年（1870年），青龙潭小村隶属安约堡，由平山司巡检管辖。民国二十年（1931年）8月，它在惠阳县平山第六区，叫青龙潭乡；1933年起叫青云乡。新中国成立之初，先并入高河乡（1949年冬），后成为惠阳县第十一区（区府在平山镇）下的青云小乡（1951年12月）。1953年，青云与黄排合为一乡；1957年底划入永西乡；1958年9月起属平山公社，1959年为青云大队，1983年为管理区。1987年3月改设村委，1993年6月叫青云街道，1996年9月为居委，2002年成为社区。[2]

社区之名来自村落坐落的青龙潭一带。[1]

社区荣誉[edit]

2022年1月，青云社区被评为「惠州市2021年度绿色社区」。[1]
