博雅地名网载，村内有275户农户、894人（该页未注明年份），划为6个村小组。[1] 地貌为丘陵低山，该页称这里气温年均22.1℃、雨量年均1239.1毫米；耕地826亩，另有山地8026亩；农户收入主要来自柑橘、水稻和蔬菜。[1]

地名由来[edit]

村名取自村委会驻地：1998年经县政府批准设立，因设在榄山村而得名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

行政建置依次为：新中国成立初期为榄山乡，人民公社化后为榄山大队（1962年），榄山管理区（1989年），榄山村民委员会（1998年）。[1]
