历史沿革[edit]

1961至1963年隶属新地村大队，1964年自新地分出，单独设为大队，取成为粮食生产明星之意，得名金星；1983年改乡，1987年改称金星村委会。[1]

经济[edit]

据博雅地名网，村内耕地1710亩、山地1286亩，有420户、2257人。利用水田旱地种植沙塘桔、蔬菜，并开发矿产资源，村里还完成了卫生村和生态文明村建设。[1]
