历史沿革[edit]

村名的由来，是解放前村中常有小商贩做买卖。最初是农业合作化时的小圩农业社，1958年人民公社化后为小圩大队；1987年驻地由罗蓬迁往封堆，定名小圩村民委员会。[1]

经济[edit]

木材资源较多，收入来自林木、水稻、沙糖桔和养殖。[1]
