谭云村是怀集县怀城街道下辖的行政村，位于街道东部，距县城6公里，辖14个村民小组，村域含飞云林科所。[1]

地名由来[edit]

附近近有谭变村、远有云罗村，成立乡政府时各取两村名中一字，合成谭云。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

名称与建制先后为云飞高级社（1955年）、云飞大队（1958年）、谭云乡（1983年11月）、云飞村委会（1987年）、云飞管理区（1989年4月）、谭云村民委员会（1998年）。[2]

经济[edit]

村情材料称有443户、2312人，耕地950亩，山地12450亩；村里有石场，也有人跑运输、开路边店、做建筑，松脂基地1650亩。据2009年统计，社会总产值为2952万元，人均5711元。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2026年1月，谭云村获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。[1]
