村前田垌中立着六个形如米升（量米器具）的小土丘，村名即取其谐音[2]。
历史沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网，该村的名称与建制依次为：民国时期：特亮围十四村、六胜大队（1962年）、设乡政府（1983年）、村民委员会（1987年）、管理区办事处（1989年）、复称村民委员会，沿用至今（1999年）[1]。
