新桥村是广东省茂名市信宜市合水镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的西部，辖32个村民小组。据博雅地名网所载村情，全村在册524户、1931人，总面积5.4平方千米，耕地786亩。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

原属新云管理区办事处第19村；随后1961年人民公社化后与新云分开，称新云新桥生产大队；之后1983年建乡，1987年起设村民委员会，1989年一度称管理区办事处，1999年又恢复村民委员会之名并沿用。[1]

地名由来[edit]

据博雅地名网，村名的由来是：旧时此地有一座大桥，1952年又建了一座钢筋水泥桥。[1]

经济[edit]

主要经济作物有粉蕉、柑桔。种有100亩粉蕉、200亩柑桔。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年12月获“「2021年广东省卫生村」”称号；2019年9月入选“「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」”创建单位名单。[1]
