富多村属广东省茂名市信宜市怀乡镇，位于镇域西南部，是镇下辖的24个行政村之一。[1]据博雅地名网所载，村内设19个村民小组，登记970户、共3300人，村域面积5.3平方千米，耕地约1020亩。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
据说早年住在这里的多半是有钱人家，村名取富多之意。[2]
民国年间隶怀乡卫；1953年立富箩乡；1958年富箩改写为富多，设富多大队。此后乡政府、管理区办事处等名称几度更替，1999年起定称富多村民委员会。[1]
经济[edit]
村里种植水稻、玉米、木薯，副业和特色产业有竹器编织、三黄鸡；据博雅地名网，上一年全村经济总收入约1056万元（年份未注明）。[1]
村里长期只靠竹器编织谋生，近年引导村民搞养殖，现有养鸡大户5户、养猪大户2户。[1]
