历史沿革[edit]
村由扶六、三德两个大的自然村合成，各取一字，得名扶德。[2]
民国年间隶怀乡卫，1953年归入狮山乡，1958年并入德胜大队，1961年自德胜析出，另设扶德大队。此后乡政府、管理区办事处等名称几度更替，1999年起定称扶德村民委员会。[1]
经济[edit]
村里种植水稻，副业和特色产业有竹器编织、棉被加工；据博雅地名网，上一年全村经济总收入约375万元（年份未注明）。[1]
村民多外出务工，棉被加工已发展成村里的一项特色产业和主要经济支柱，竹器编织也是收入来源。[1]
