历史沿革[edit]

村里以龙姓居多，村名由此而来。[1]1950至1957年间，龙村小乡的办事处设在龙村祠堂仔；1965年起称龙村大队，其后于1987年、1999年先后改为管理区和村委会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单；2026年3月，被认定为「广东省第三批百千万工程典型村镇」。[1]
