历史沿革[edit]

坑头乡设于1949年，1961年为大队，1982年复称乡；村委会成立于1986年，1988年称管理区，1999年起为坑头村民委员会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单；2023年5月，辖内东园、刘宅、迈案等十余个自然村获评「2022年广东省卫生村」。[1]
