上带村是广东省肇庆市广宁县坑口镇东南部的行政村，2004年由上带、罗坳两个原村委会合并设立，是革命老区村。[1]
村名来自上带河：河水瀑流飞溅，状如白带，位于下游的叫下带，位于上游的叫上带。[1]
村距县城15公里、距坑口圩镇8公里，辖45个村民小组，785户、3565人。[1]村民以花卉、沙姜、香芋、沙糖桔为主要产业，并养殖山地鸡和肉猪；全村有5个农民专业合作社，是镇内合作社最多的村，基地面积1000亩。[1]2021年12月获评2021年广东省卫生村。[1]
清道光年间属顾溪铺；1958年设上带大队，1983年起改称上带乡，1987年设上带村委会，1989年称上带管理区，1998年起改为村民委员会，2004年并入罗坳村委会。[1]
