历史沿革[edit]
村名“钱岗”早先叫睦岗，新中国成立后改取寓意富贵的现名。清代隶开平县古博都，民国年间划归第十区月山乡，1954年属九区钱岗乡，1961年为月山公社钱岗大队，1984年改乡人民政府，1989年改管理区；1993年撤县设市后归开平市月山镇，到1999年定名钱岗村民委员会。[1]
经济[edit]
各自然村分布在月山圩周围，高桐路开通后，沿线招商引资、办厂经商的条件有所改善。[1]
著名人物[edit]
邓铁涛，中医学家、国医大师，出生于钱岗石蛟村，村内有他的故居，是中医药文化传承的阵地。[2]
荣誉[edit]
2017年10月获第一批广东省卫生村称号；2019年9月进入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单。[1]
