泰和村是佛山市高明区荷城街道内的城乡结合行政村，东靠秀丽河，南接沧江河，离街道办事处约1公里；它在2004年成立，是把原来的丹冲、罗岸、墨编三个村委会并起来形成的。[1]

全村面积6.5平方千米，耕地4800亩、山地700亩。村简介载，在册1151户、4226人，辖白梅、墨一、墨二、石演、良江、丹冲、古杨、罗岸8条自然村。[1]
