历史沿革[edit]
孔堂村明清时属田心都二图，民国时属三区三洲乡。1951年12月设孔堂乡，1958年成立孔堂大队，隶属高鹤县三洲公社；1974年和1978年先后分出上良、下良两个大队。1987年设村民委员会，属三洲镇。[2]
2004年上良、下良两个村委会并回孔堂村委会；2005年区划调整后，该村由三洲街道改属荷城街道。[2]
人口与经济[edit]
村简介称，全村在册户籍726户，常住人口2621人，土地全部被征用，村民主要外出务工；4条自然村的主街已全部硬底化，通了自来水。[1]
