历史沿革[edit]
石洲村明清时属亲仁乡范州都，民国时属三区普安乡。1951年12月设石洲乡，1958年成立石洲大队，隶属高鹤县西安公社；1974年分出九龙、陈等两个大队。1983年改设石洲乡，属富湾区；1987年设村民委员会，1989年改称管理区，属富湾镇。2005年区划调整后，改属荷城街道。[2]
经济[edit]
村简介称，全村645户、2230人，有耕地3300亩、山地11180亩；是高明区的农业生态园区，主要做水产养殖（1800亩）和花卉种植（1300亩），采用「公司＋基地＋农户」的模式，到2011年，村民人均纯收入已接近7000元。[1]
在精神文明与卫生创建上，村下属8个村小组先后成为高明区文明村，另有5个获评广东省卫生村。村委会本身在2007年被授予广东省文明村称号。[1]
