历史沿革[edit]
铁岗村明清时属崇化乡田心都三图，民国时属三区三洲乡。1958年成立铁岗大队（隶高鹤县三洲公社），到1983年又改设铁岗乡；1987年设村委会，1999年归三洲街道，2005年区划调整后改属荷城街道。[2]
人口与经济[edit]
村东邻伦埇村，南至高明碧桂园，西接孔堂村，北靠沧江工业园，面积约4平方千米。村简介称，在册约2000人，外来流动人口也近2000人，分7个村小组；全村有9个姓氏，吴、区、刘三姓占了大部分。1400多亩耕地里，鱼塘占去1200多亩，村民靠水产养殖、出租物业和外出务工为生，辖区有企业30多家。[1]
2021年12月，铁岗村获「2021年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
