庆洲社区是佛山市高明区荷城街道下辖的社区，居委会设在庆洲村，因而以庆洲为名；社区辖区面积约7.52平方千米，包括西安旧街和9条自然村，即庆洲、东寨、月洲、平江、江头、王桐、鳌围、新涌与朗美。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时，庆洲村、鳌围村和西安圩属高要县泰和围；1951年12月泰和围划归高明县，归三区槎江乡。1958年设庆洲大队，隶属高鹤县西安公社，1977年从中分出鳌围大队；1983年称庆洲乡，1987年设村委会，1989年改称管理区。[2]

1999年设庆洲村委会，归高明市西安街道。2004年庆洲、鳌围两个村委会和西安居委会合并为庆洲居委会；2005年区划调整后改属荷城街道。[2]

人口与产业[edit]

社区简介载，辖区共1109户4961人，其中常住约500户2300人。土地方面，耕地2851亩，另有鱼塘759亩、山林459亩；居民多以种养为生。2009年全社区农业总产值为2217万元，人均纯收入4583元。[1]

庆洲社区在2021年12月获「2021年广东省卫生村」称号，并在2019年9月进入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
