德胜社区属广东省佛山市顺德区容桂街道，位于街道东北，濒德胜河，面积约3平方千米，属容桂工业区和高新技术开发园的一部分[1][2]。辖区内有科龙等大企业，还驻有海关、港口、海监、商检等机构[2]。

历史沿革[edit]

1984年，桂洲所属的振德、振华两个大队，连同德胜河对岸大良所属的南江大队，被划出组成德胜区，设德胜开发建设总公司；到1985年，德胜区撤销，振德、振华两队转由容奇镇政府管理。1991年5月28日设德胜街道办事处，2002年2月改为德胜社区居民委员会，沿用至今[1]。

地名由来[edit]

《广东省顺德市地名志》载，因位于容桂水道德胜河段的北岸而得名[3]。

社区概况[edit]

村情说，辖区东邻小黄圃与容里，南接上佳市，西达105国道上的容奇大桥，北临德胜河；约650户，常住近4000人，流动人口8000多；下设港口、港前、龙腾、容港、龙家围、西巷、大樟7个居民小组，以及西巷、大樟2个股份合作社[2]。
