樵泰社区位于佛山市南海区西樵镇的西面，西临西江，由原龙光居委会与太平居委会合并而成，2008年定名樵泰。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
樵泰社区前身称太平社区，是龙光、太平两个居委会合并的结果；佛山市南海区人民政府以南府复〔2008〕1号文批准，2008年1月2日设立，名称沿用至今。[1]
人口民族[edit]
辖区面积2.8平方公里，下辖7个居民小区，居民代表41人。常住5425人（1989户），另有流动人口约600人。[1]
经济[edit]
辖内的企业有国有的景隆控股集团有限公司（由国营南海糖厂改制而来）及其下属转制企业，水运小区的各家木业厂，另有商铺70多家。[1]
