历史沿革[edit]
民国十六年（1927年）属八区先登堡，1946年属先登乡；土改时辖地被一分为二，一半划给河岗乡，另一半仍归先登乡。[2]
1958年秋归先登大队；1959年圳口、莲塘属太平大队，稔岗属河岗大队，横江属新河大队。1961年8月才单独设稔岗大队，1963年并入河岗大队。[2]
1966年，稔岗与南海糖厂的厂社结合，成立「五七」大队，组织上由糖厂党委管辖，生产上则归西樵公社。1983年底成立稔岗乡，其后改称行政村、管理区，1999年5月设村民委员会；2013年「村改居」，设立稔岗居民委员会。[2]
2026年3月，稔岗社区被认定为广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村。[1]
