2023年1月4日，原同胜社区分设为华荣、赖屋山两个社区，华荣社区辖三合、谭罗两个居委会。[1][2]

三合新二村[edit]

辖区内的三合新二村有129栋楼，居住约7000人。该片区早期由开发商自建供水设施，其后交给物业管理，居民水价长期高于标准。2026年初，在华荣社区党委协调下，物业方同意把供水设施无偿移交给自来水公司，居民用上了抄表到栋的规范水价。[3]
