历史沿革[edit]

1941年归江口乡，1949年9月划属沈所所在的二区。公社化后，河北先属卫星公社（1958年），再属沈所公社（1960年5月），1961年转到江口公社。[1] 2005年3月，棠加村委会并入河北村委会，名称仍用河北村，隶属太平镇。[1]
